Rice pudding, one of the most important delicacies of Turkish Cuisine, will be the best choice for those who love rice pudding. For years, known as “Nizam’s famous rice pudding” the flavor, are presented Turkey’s first registered pita maker the Nizam Pide, by the appreciation of our customers for over 40 years. Our customers who always look for the taste of Oven Rice Pudding we made with the best materials are proud of us and we are the source of our motivation to do better. All of the oven rice puddings are cooked in wood fire and served according to our customers’ needs.<\/p>\n

The daily and organic milk we buy from local producers we have been working for years is the most important ingredient that adds flavor to our milk. Milk is always taken daily and never packaged. These organic milks are boiled in boilers and only rice and sugar are added into them. This flavor, which is not an additive, enters the stone oven in the last stage. After 1 day of rest, the bakery puddles become ready for the consumption of our customers to the next day.<\/p>\n

As Nizam Pide, who has served thousands of customers in Istanbul for 40 years, we welcome our customers in 3 different branches today. Istiklal Street, Harbiye and Galatasaray. In our spacious chairs designed for your family, you can try our oven rice pudding and other various flavors. We expect you to be open every day of the week.<\/p>\n
